Using the 4-A Model to Evaluate Learning Objectives

As trainers, we want to make sure each training solution achieves its learning objectives. But how best to do that? In pursuit of an answer, I reviewed a Dialogue Education learning design guide that describes eight steps for analyzing and designing effective training events.
