Virtual Leadership and Teams in the Age of COVID-19

The upheaval caused by COVID-19 has expedited the transition to virtual workplace communications, management, and leadership. Not surprisingly, our office has been inundated for programs on working from home, best practices in virtual team building, and virtual communication and collaboration. Every one of our clients has moved training to a virtual platform, yet many trainers have not learned how to transition their delivery to a virtual mode.
