I have always thought of myself as a confident and outgoing person. For instance, I’m generally the loudest person in a room and awkward when I don’t speak for a couple of minutes. I strike up conversations with unfamiliar people and quickly develop friendships. I’m a hand raiser and an influencer. I do not bat an eye when asked to train, facilitate, coach, or present. I love sharing with others. The list could go on and on.
