Burnout is a ubiquitous problem but does not impact all industries or all professions evenly. One sector being hit hard is one that should have everyone concerned. A recent report conducted by Workvivo, an employee experience app, revealed that 98 percent of human resources professionals are burned out. Of that 98 percent, 88 percent said they “dreaded” work, and 73 percent said they don’t have the tools or resources necessary to do their jobs. “If this situation continue
