One of her accomplishments is her first book about adaptability in talent development. After completing a bachelor’s degree in education, instructional technology became her major with a masters from Wayne State University followed by a doctorate in higher education and adult learning from Walden University. She holds an AQ Foundations Certification for adaptability along with a Certified Diversity Executive certification. The desire to help empower others keeps her driven to share her gifts and affect the masses. Traveling, writing, and family fun are a few things that keep her busy when she is not working. She not only wrote the book on adaptability, but she also puts it into action with her approach to meeting the needs of her diverse audiences with any topic she facilitates or presents.
