Greg Rider, CPTD , is Director, Corporate Compliance for EmblemHealth, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit health plans serving more than three million people in New York City and the tristate area. He has over 20 years’ experience in employee training and development, much of that time in healthcare-related organizations. In his role at EmblemHealth, he directs Compliance communication, training, and other compliance governance functions. He is also the founder and leader of Prism, the LGBTQ employee resource group, and sits on the Company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.

Niranjani Chidamber Papavaritis is an organizational development subject matter expert, writer, and the primary co-editor of the ATD Healthcare Handbook. She currently serves as a Senior Manager for Organizational & Workforce Development at The Walt Disney Company, where she focuses on aligning talent strategy with broader business development goals. Previously, Niranjani worked in the healthcare industry, including at Optum (under UnitedHealth Group) and serving as the Head of Content for Healthcare at ATD, where she oversaw product development and partnered with SMEs to design a suite of training resources for health systems across the nation.
