Enhance Accessibility in Virtual Training Environments

Accessibility is not just for self-paced e-learning or to comply with laws such as Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. If trainers truly want to be effective during virtual-instructor-led training, they will increase and enhance accessibility to reach as many learners as possible.
