To accommodate hybrid workers, companies must incorporate hybrid meetings and collaboration methods—a change that presents unique challenges. Ensuring equal engagement for all participants, whether in person or remote, requires thoughtful coordination. In this issue of TD at Work, Sherri Sutton and Robert Kienzle demonstrate how to:

  • Establish objectives, define outcomes, and manage budgets.

  • Select the right technology, platforms, and equipment.

  • Facilitate smooth meetings through effective co-leadership.

  • Engage both virtual and in-person attendees.

  • Evaluate success.

The Tools & Resources in this issue are a Checklist: Hybrid Meetings and a Template: Leader Guide.
