The TDXCI is modeled after the Conference Board Measure of CEO Confidence, which rates CEOs’ expectations for the economy on a quarterly basis.

Talent development executives have the same level of optimism about the health of the function that they oversee compared with last quarter, with the TDXCI score at 61.0, the same as last quarter. However, the current score is lower than any score seen in 2014 or 2015.
