DEI&B education refers to “training, courses, and other forms of learning that an organization offers its employees to promote the understanding and application of its DEI&B policies, practices, and expectations.” Drawing upon a sample of 1,048 talent development professionals, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Education investigates key questions to provide benchmark data and highlights best practices about DEI&B education. The research focused on how organizations were providing education opportunities, DEI&B budgets, the challenges of offering DEI&B education, and differences between organizations that had DEI&B education and those that did not. To add context to the findings and make these results more actionable, this report also includes examples and insights from other organizations and professionals.
