This report explores how TD professionals and everyday working Americans (learners) view different training options, such as human-facilitated learning, asynchronous digital courses, and blended approaches. Drawing on survey insights from 44 TD professionals and 471 learners, it shares important trends, preferences, and challenges that shape how these learning methods are created and used.
