Key findings include:

• 85% of TD professionals say that knowledge management is a core element of their organization’s culture.

• Organizations commonly use technologies such as document management systems, learning management systems, and intranets for knowledge management.

• 43% of organizations say planning for and mitigating knowledge loss is a high priority.

• 71% of organizations engage in succession planning.

• 74% of organizations agree or strongly agree that knowledge is effectively transferred across generations.
