In this study, Making Learning Assessments Successful: Using Performance and Tests to Measure Knowledge and Skills Learned in Training, 318 TD professionals answered questions about how they measure learning using performance and test assessments, who creates these assessments, and best practices for measuring learning.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
This study can help organizations benchmark their learning assessments and provide advice on best practices for measuring learning. It concludes with suggested action steps and ATD resources to help organizations create the most effective learning assessments.<o:p></o:p>
Ninety-two percent of organizations use performance or test assessments. Other key findings from this study include:
