Lindsay Bernhagen, PhD, is senior learning experience designer at Tenor, where she builds leadership development programs that blend learning science with AI-powered coaching and role-play. Her work focuses on helping organizations create adaptive, human-centered cultures during periods of rapid technological change. She is a published scholar on leadership, AI, and organizational culture, and holds a PhD from The Ohio State University.
