Lindsay Bernhagen, Ph.D., is a learning and development expert and published scholar specializing in leadership, artificial intelligence, and organizational culture. Her work focuses on how leaders and institutions build equitable, adaptive, and human-centered systems—particularly during periods of technological and social change. She has published widely on organizational culture, equity, and professional development in both academic journals and national outlets. Professionally, Lindsay designs and leads leadership development initiatives that integrate learning science with emerging AI tools, including AI-powered role-play and coaching. She has held senior roles in higher education and learning design, where she led large-scale faculty and staff development, advised executive leaders, and built programs focused on inclusion, sustainability, and culture change. Lindsay holds a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University and lives in Wisconsin, where she works remotely and consults with organizations across education, technology, and the nonprofit sector.
