Deborah Laurel, training facilitator, has been a trainer and a consultant in the areas of workplace learning and performance improvement for over 30 years. She was adjunct faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for 20 years. Deborah is the principal of Laurel and Associates, an international training and consulting firm. She has provided train-the-trainer programs on a national basis for over ten years and on an international basis since 1998. Deborah is also a Certified Professional Consultant to Management. Twice published in the Pfeiffer Annuals, she earned her master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
