Lindsay Fletcher

Lindsay Fletcher, CPTD, is an L&D director with experience in the travel, hospitality, and insurance industries. In his current role as head of global L&D at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, he is responsible for learning and talent strategies, with a focus on strategic capability building. He also currently serves as president for the Association for Talent Development’s New York City chapter.

Gerhard Redelinghuys

Gerhard Redelinghuys is a certified executive and life coach with more than 13 years’ experience in L&D. He has delivered in-person learning experiences in more than 20 countries around the world and is currently the regional head of talent development for a global lifestyle concierge company.
