Stella Cowan

Stella Louise Cowan is an independent consultant in learning and performance management with more than 15 years of experience in training and organizational development. For eight years, she created leadership development products for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan and was OD manager for Blue Care Network of Michigan, responsible for the “people” side of a major change effort. She has designed and delivered training-related services for a wide range of organizations and specializes in supporting training activities with practical tools and performance aids to promote application of skills back on the job. Cowan has a master’s degree in Education from Wayne State University with a focus in training and development, and has completed coursework towards a doctorate degree in management.
