Dr. Treca Bourne, EdD, CPTD

Dr. Treca Bourne, CPTD, is the organizational learning and development strategist at Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB), Virginia's largest publicly funded behavioral health care provider serving individuals in the Fairfax and Falls Church community with mental illness, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. She also is a full adjunct professor of computer information systems at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), which serves adult and military-affiliated learners studying across the globe.
