Looking to connect with other LMS admins to discuss best practices for organizing and storing your course data as well as personnel/assignment data. Without robust management tools in place to keep track of what courses need taught, to whom, how often and why, a LMS can only help you manage what is accurately put into it, garbage in = garbage out. I am surprised that there's not more discussion and guidance out there that helps companies prepare their data for upload to a LMS. Anyone?
