Specifically, ATD Research focused on the importance of hybrid work policies, hiring and onboarding, and training. Organizations had a variety of reasons for offering employees a hybrid work experience. The three most common were providing flexibility, improving employee satisfaction and retention, and being competitive to recruit top talent.
