To persuade executives about the importance of learning opportunities, talent development professionals need to have concrete evidence that the programs work. One way to gather this evidence is with qualitative and quantitative data about the programs. Organizations that collect this data can make data-driven decisions about their learning program. Measuring Impact: Using Data to Understand Learning Programs draws on a sample of 222 talent development professionals to investigate key questions about measuring the impact of learning programs, provide benchmarking data, and highlight best practices.
