Christina A. Danforth, SHRM-SCP & SPHR, launched HR Jetpack in 2016 to support the development and professional growth of her fellow HR colleagues. She started her HR career in 2002. After obtaining her Master’s in Business Administration degree, Christina joined United Technologies Corporation (now Raytheon Technologies). She moved across the United States with assignments in labor relations, staffing, and HR Management. Christina also served as an HR process leader in performance management, change management, and diversity and inclusion.During this time, she discovered a passion for supporting the development of her HR peers. Christina began teaching the SHRM Certification Exam Prep Course in-person and online. Several years ago, she set out on her own to support and educate HR Pros around the globe. HR Jetpack has now celebrated years as a top ranked SHRM Education Partner having been recognized as one of the top five online SHRM Learning System providers. With 100s of students earning their SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification and helping many others keep their hard-earned HR Certifications with its recertification credit program, HR Jetpack is dedicated to the education and career development of HR Professionals.Christina currently resides in Connecticut, and continues to focus her time and energy on helping HR professionals succeed!

Upskilling for Success: Key Skills Employees Want to Master

Christina Lorenzo is an award-winning creative medical education designer with extensive experience in medicine, science, multimedia, and adult learning that translates into innovative and effective learning solutions. She currently runs her own medical illustration business, Creative Med Ed Design, and works as a manager of game-based learning at the American College of Chest Physicians.Lorenzo earned a master’s degree in biomedical visualization from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a bachelor’s degree in human physiology from Boston University. In between her academic studies, she gained a deep understanding of patient-centered care, surgical procedures, and multidisciplinary in-hospital teams through her career in clinical research in emergency medicine at Brigham and Women’s, cardiac electrophysiology at UC San Diego, and kidney transplantation at the California Institute of Renal Research. Lorenzo’s knack for efficiently onboarding principal investigators and fellows on exhaustive protocols and for developing techniques to ensure patient compliance was the catalyst for her to specialize in educating clinicians and patients and ultimately launch CME Design.At the American College of Chest Physicians, Lorenzo is experimenting beyond the traditional boundaries of CME with bite-size, branching games and gamification techniques. Her passion is further fueled by her role as the liaison to the innovations subcommittee, with whom she collaborates to design and test new online learning techniques.Lorenzo is a member of the ACCME, IACME, Learning Guild, and AMI and actively shares her best practices and expertise with fellow educators through think tanks, conference sessions, and webinars.

Christina Heilig, MSEd, APTD, is an instructional designer and e-learning developer with experience in the higher education, financial, software, and nonprofit realms. She earned a master’s degree in instructional technology with emphases in human performance improvement and instructional design. In addition, she holds a post-baccalaureate certificate in web-based learning. Christina is enjoying learning more about talent development and is a member of the Greater Cincinnati Association of Talent Development and her employer’s Professional Development Committee. Christina would like to continue growing by teaching online courses and presenting on topics related to instructional design, performance improvement, and talent development.

Christina R. Treadway is the director of learning and leadership development for Black Knight. She is responsible for enterprise learning and leadership development solutions and programs. Christina’s professional career spans over 20 years, where she has held leadership positions in the financial, manufacturing, and retail industries.
