As vice president for Orasi Software, David Hand manages DevOps sales teams and oversees revenue growth for various Orasi solutions and services. In addition, David directs the Microsoft Azure hosting practice and leads teams that bring new solutions to market, managing all aspects of sales and go-to-market strategy.David brings more than 30 years of experience in the software industry working with DevOps, analytics and business intelligence, cloud computing, hands-on virtual labs, application security and testing. He has served in various roles from consultant, pre-sales and sales, to leadership positions. Leveraging his extensive knowledge in all facets of software development and delivery, David brings a unique perspective to how technology can provide maximum value to customers.Previously, David held strategic sales positions at SkyTap, Dell, IBM and HP where he was National Account Manager of Disney and AT&T. David has more than two decades of experience as a training leader, instructional designer, facilitator, e-learning designer, and project manager with world-class companies including Disney, Merck, and Assurant. He is an experienced consultant to senior leadership with deep experience in learning strategy, curriculum development, corporate cultural transformation, leadership and executive development, and team alignment. Adelman's experience includes creating comprehensive, branded, measurable training processes for organizations that are integrated with the talent management process, address performance gaps, and minimize costs while maximizing return on investment. He is currently a relationship manager with TrainingPros, president of Adelman Training Solutions, and a director of community relations with Atlanta ATD.

David Hutchens is a writer and "organizational storyteller" who has helped to create change through innovative learning solutions and products for some of the greatest companies in the world. A former advertising copywriter, David now writes about organizational structures, strategy, learning, and leadership - always with an eye toward creativity and clarity. David has offered instructional design and corporate communications solutions for organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company, IBM, NationsBank and more. As a corporate speechwriter, David counts the CEO of The Coca-Cola Company among his clients, and has reached an international audience with messages about corporate responsibility, business ethics, and more. Invigorate Your Career at the ASTD International Conference

David Kelly is a training director and internal learning and performance consultant. I first met David through Twitter. I was unable to attend last year's mLearnCon, so I took to following the hashtag on Twitter. I quickly noticed that one person (@LnDDave) was compiling a lot of the information coming out of the conference. David was pulling so much information together that I thought he was at the event. Only later did I realize he was monitoring everything from afar, grabbing information from Twitter, the conference website, and blogs.That's how I came to know David Kelly and his love of backchannel learning.
