As Business Development Head, He created a food division (launching major brands like Ferrero and Pringles), as well as headed their operations as General Manager in different Middle East markets.In 2008, discovering that his real interest is to genuinely and positively impact people’s lives through improved human performance; Bahaa shifted his career to be fully focused on Learning & Development, which became his real passion.
