	51% of organizations offer more than one manager development program.
	74% of respondents say that providing feedback is a major area of focus for their manager development program.
	62% of organizations use coaching or mentoring when training managers.
	16% of organizations require all managers to take refresher training.
	19% of respondents rate their organization’s manager development efforts as extremely or highly successful.

For TD professionals to measure the impact of their programs, they must understand business objectives and goals. In this webinar we will focus on how organizations are gathering, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of their programs and the impact they're making on the business. 

Key findings of the study include:

 

• 43% of organizations report their business goals and learning goals are very aligned
• 4% of respondents rate their organization as excellent at using learning program data to make business decisions
• 45% of organizations have a dedicated staff person who is responsible for evaluating learning programs
• 66% of respondents believe the need to demonstrate financial benefits or profitability of TD initiatives will increase over the next two years
• 28% of respondents say that AI will have an extremely positive impact on measuring and evaluating learning programs over the next two years
