ADDIE Model: Phases and Key Questions

The ADDIE model is the original instructional systems design (ISD) framework. The acronym represents the five phases for creating training and performance support tools: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Most current ISD models are a variation of these five phases. Use this tool to help you remember the phases of the model and the key questions that accompany each phase. This tool was adapted from the ATDYou course, The ADDIE Model for Instructional Design.
