A learning action plan can help training participants turn their learning into tangible improvements in their on-the-job performance following the training course. Have participants answer the questions in this template to inspire them to reflect on what they have learned, identify the most personally salient points, and then describe the steps they will take to turn this learning into action in their specified performance context. This tool was adapted from the ATD TD at Work Guide: Revamp Training to Improve Learners’ Performance. ATD members have immediate access to the full guide - read it here.
