Learning happens daily. What I love about my job is promoting awareness about learning opportunities, working with individuals/teams to determine their needs, and providing them with the tools they need to shine in their present and future roles. As part of the Global L&D team, I am responsible for learning program administration, operations, LMS management, a little marketing, research, and vendor management.
