Anna Burroughs has been with American Airlines for more than 20 years and currently manages training and development for the office of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Learning and development have been an integral part of her American Airlines career from the beginning, and she has served in various such roles over her career.
Burroughs received her bachelor of arts in anthropology from Southern New Hampshire University and is pursuing a graduate degree in theological and cultural anthropology.
