Anupa Naik, M.Ed. is a veteran corporate Learning & Performance Expert,  Professional Speaker and Women’s Development Advicate with more than two decades in a variety of Learning leadership, strategy, and consulting roles in a wide range of industries in Fortune 500 and global companies.  Having lived in Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles, her expertise includes different 15 industries and over 30 companies and clients in the United States and around the world.

Because she worked in so many industries, she is extraordinarily qualified to apply a diverse, targeted and relatable context to all her learning – making it more transferable back on the job.  Anupa and SmartWork! also provide a catalog of workshops and courses based on her unique approach to workplace learning, that is anchored in adult learning principles, critical thinking, and behavior change.

Anupa is the CEO of SmartWork! Inc., a boutique consulting firm utilizing her unique experience as an internal leader and an external consultant to specialize in the strategy and design of learning & performance initiatives. She is proud to be Board President of ATD Los Angeles, a former ATD New York Board member, a consultant for the Kern Women’s Business Center where she provides guidance and education to small and woman – owned businesses, and a member of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce and Women’s Business Network.
