As a manager on the training team at Puppet, Inc., I work with amazing engineers and focus on user-centered design and creative technical training. I was a community college English and composition instructor for ten years before moving on to manage the continuing education program at a land grant university. I am a passionate user advocate and love connecting people to resources and experiences to encourage growth and excitement.
