Bonnie Moore has over thirty-five years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, instructional design and team dynamics in a diverse set of industries including: corporate, non- profit and education.   Bonnie’s passion and energy for learning translates into customized thinking and learning, as well as professional and personal growth for all of her clients in the United States and Europe.  She uses a myriad of strategies, methods and assessments to assist teams, individuals and organizations in communicating, dealing with change, developing leadership and working more effectively.

Bonnie holds master’s degrees from Michigan State University/University of Michigan, Texas Woman’s University and the University of North Texas.  She also holds hours in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas.  She received her coaching credentials from the Center for Cognitive Coaching and has certifications in a number of assessments tools and organizational systems.  She currently president elect of the ATD Houston chapter and is a member of the Neurobusiness Coaching Group, Association for Talent Development, Houston Coaches, and other organizations in the field.  Bonnie serves on several non-profit boards in the Houston area making a positive impact for individuals, families and the community.   She is a respected speaker for groups and companies in the areas of motivation, leadership and communicating for success.
