Brandon Dickens is head of user experience design for NIIT's Corporate Learning Group. He holds a master’s degree in interactive media and has spent the past two decades in learning design and communication. Dickens is one of the founders of the award-winning game and simulation practice at NIIT and continues to consult clients on how to best incorporate best practices in user experience to incorporate serious games and technical simulations into their overall learning road map.
