Bryan W. Hochstein is an assistant professor at the University of Alabama, where he researches issues related to sales management and sales interactions. He received his PhD from Florida State University and has published in several leading marketing and sales journals, including
Journal of Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, and the
Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management, among others
. Prior to entering academia, Hochstein enjoyed a 20-year career in the sales/service industry.
