Candice Hunt is the head of learning at Utica National Insurance Group. Prior to that, she worked at a large credit union in New York for six years, where her most recent position was director of talent development. Hunt received a BA from Siena College and an MEd from Boston College.

She began her career as a high school English teacher. After five years in the classroom, Hunt found her way into L&D. Throughout her L&D career, Hunt has built leadership and professional development programs, led culture initiatives, and designed operational training programs across a variety of industries. She was recognized by the credit union for her team leadership, winning two leadership awards.

Hunt has spoken at several HR and ATD events. She also sat on the executive board of the Capital Region Chapter of ATD for seven years, most recently serving as president.
