I am a Senior Instructional Designer for a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group (UHG) and Optum Care Delivery. I started my career in Instructional Design in 2000, transitioning from an Instructor role in a corporate setting. 

I am certified in Criterion Referenced Instruction and Instructional Module Design through the Mager Institute. I also have certifications in Information Mapping and Microlearning. I have an undergraduate degree in Management Science from UTSA and a graduate degree in Education (Instructional Technology) from Incarnate Word University.

Currently I use a variety of authoring tools including Captivate, Camtasia, Storyline, and products from the Adobe CC.  

I live an work in the fun city of San Antonio, Texas. Although not born in Texas, I got here as quickly as I could! (Age 8)
