I love my role as a trainer, facilitator, and coach.  I moved from a career in sales and sale-related roles to a learning role in 2011.  At AVEVA, we develop software found mainly installed in the process and manufacturing industries.  Our software delivers decision-support insight to the customers we serve.  Our data infrastructure turns plant data into actionable information.  As a hiring-best practice, we onboard some of the best and brightest engineers.  Helping engineers with customer-facing skills is my specialty.  In my role, I develop and manage an onboarding program for our new hires and build and deliver training programs for our employees.
