Chantal Ounsworth is the manager of learning programs at Ledcor Group of Companies. She’s a down-to-earth educator and people development coach passionate about using her spirited energy to deliver effective communication solutions. As an educator and consultant with more than 15 years of experience, she has worked with various business segments, including government agencies, private industry, and nonprofits, and with C-level executives, directors, managers, and high potentials.

Chantal has experience designing and delivering customized learning and career development strategies and programs. She has delivered training on professional development topics in formal programs and workshops and has served as a keynote speaker.

Chantal holds the CPTD certification and works routinely with stakeholders to create a vision and strategize how learning and talent development can result in successful and measurable operational outcomes. She’s a mentor within the Ledcor Women’s Employee Resource Group Mentorship program and often presents concepts and ideas related to talent development. She’s also a small business owner and has extensive experience working with community groups and local organizations to support youth development.

Chantal has a master of education degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a bachelor of education degree from the University of Regina. She lives in Saskatchewan with her husband and three daughters.
