ABOUT ME

Chuck Berke is an executive coach and corporate consultant with over twenty years of experience working with executive leaders at the highest levels of organizations. He currently works mainly with executives and their entire teams, employing a model that includes coaching, consulting and leadership development training. This blended approach to individual and team development, allows Chuck to assist individuals while simultaneously working with the system in which they operate. Chuck’s method embeds accountability into the system and puts the responsibility of change in thehands of the participants. He offers team training and individual sessions, both of which encourage the participant to create actionable steps meant to be put immediately to use. Chuck knows that it takes three things to change behavior and reputation; awareness, a desire to change and the know how to make and sustain the change. He realizes that a linear approach to individual and team development does not take into account the importance of interactional dynamics and context. He uses a systems approach to change that promotes synergy between the individuals on the team and the team itself.

Chuck understands from his own experience, what it takes to lead. As the CEO of a not-for-profit, he doubled the organization’s revenue over a ten-year period. He accomplished this by building a strong high performing team through coaching, mentoring and developing his employees.
