Dr. Cindy L. Hill has served as an industrial/organizational psychologist for ACT's Professional Development Services area since 1996. During Dr. Hill's career, she has provided research services supporting a wide variety of assessment development and implementation projects for clients that include licensing and certifying organizations and major corporations. She also has consulted with major U.S. companies to develop and improve their personnel selection systems, develop and evaluate training programs, develop performance appraisal programs, and conduct market research. Dr. Hill manages and conducts ACT's job analysis training program with specialized software applications in both paper and web delivered distance learning and on-site workshop delivery formats. Dr. Hill also played an integral role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of a two million dollar train-the-trainer environmental education and awareness program for the government.
