Dr. Sánchez is currently an Associate and Senior Practice Leader with the ROI Institute where he conducts program evaluations and teaches face-to-face and online workshops regarding how to evaluate programs to ROI. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the Organization, Information, and Learning Sciences (OILS) Program at the University of New Mexico (UNM).

Dr. Sánchez specializes in Evaluation, Instructional Systems Design, and face-to-face and online training development and facilitation. In addition, he brings a variety of graphic and web design skills to the table and is well versed in usability principles.

Dr. Sánchez is a six year veteran Instructional Designer and Project Manager for the Learning and Communications Solutions (LCS) group within Northrop Grumman Technical Services where he led both the Wyoming and Tennessee healthcare system conversions working with clients virtually and onsite at their facilities. Each of these projects presented unique challenges because of their constantly changing requirements.

Another career highlight includes completing a challenging 6-month consultancy in Sri Lanka as a Content Development Specialist. He was involved in the face-to-face training of more than 200 teachers and professional curriculum developers regarding how to successfully integrate computer-assisted learning into the secondary school curriculum. He designed and developed many instructional manuals, job aids, and learning management system courses as part of this work.
