Dave Jennings, CAE, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is Vice President of Education for the Communty Associations Institute, based in Falls Church, VA. He served a concurrent role as Executive Director of the Foundation for Community Association Research. Prior to joining CAI, Dave was a regional manager with the American Society for Training and Development, and International Education Manager at the National Association of Realtors. He holds a Masters Degree in Training & Organizational Development from Loyola University Chicago, and a degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University. Dave worked in Europe for two years and speaks Finnish (or at least tries). Dave is a certificate program assessor for the American National Standards Institute, and is active in ASAE, serving recently on the Research Committee and Innovation Grant Program.
