Deborah Masak is vice president of talent, learning, and culture at First Advantage. She is accountable for driving measurable business impact of First Advantage’s overall learning and driving the overall talent strategy for the company’s 4,500 employees globally. Previously, she was head of sales enablement for North America and ran a sales organization at First Advantage. Before First Advantage, Masak led sales enablement for a multinational call center company in Silicon Valley and then a multinational workforce management and human capital management company in Massachusetts, where she also immersed herself into the sales profession as a direct sales representative.
