I am a driven L&D leader with a genuine passion for delivering impactful learning experiences. My goal is to create engaging and effective training programmes that promote continuous learning and development for individuals and organisations alike, with a focus on curriculum design, instructional delivery, and learning assessment. I am dedicated to using my extensive knowledge to assist individuals and teams in reaching their full potential and contributing to the growth and success of the organisation.

As an expert in implementing L&D initiatives both in India and Middle East, I have created comprehensive learning management interventions resulting in seamless learning experiences for participants. I possess extensive experience in developing strategic succession planning frameworks and assessments, enabling organizations to identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership & managerial positions.

My expertise in creating impactful Leadership and Management Development Programs has resulted in the establishment of strong succession pipelines. I am skilled in incorporating various learning and development models and providing valuable feedback to promote positive organisation culture, re-skilling and development.
