Don Schmidt

I have a passion for building learning teams from scratch. I have built four learning departments from the ground up and now am fortunate enough to join the Edmunds family. The Sales Effectiveness Team supports all sales and dealer effectiveness efforts and our in-house relationship management team with our world-class trainers located throughout the US who guide students with a blended learning approach.

I support the transformation of the Edmunds tier-3 sales team. I believe results only come through collaboration. I work with integrity, strive to be a great coach, and follow the philosophy that you aren’t learning unless you’re laughing.

I specialize in sales enablement, curriculum design, instructor-led delivery, distance-based learning, LMS (learning management systems), and gamification strategies.
