Organizational Development Specialist - University of Florida Health, Jacksonville

I was born in Cleveland, Ohio and lived mostly in the Northeast Ohio area before coming to Jacksonville. I hold a trade school degree in Automotive and Heavy Duty Truck Technologies from Ohio Technical College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU), and a Master’s Degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change with a certificate in Developing Leadership through Emotional Intelligence from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). I am currently working on my final degree in Organizational Leadership from IWU. I have various certificates and short-term learning credits on several other topics. I am dedicated to being a lifelong learner as I am usually signed up for something and/or reading at least a half-dozen book on various topics. I am not satisfied unless learning something new or studying its applications.

I started my educational journey of enlightenment and discovery which led me to using life applicable elements contributing to a serious passion in my life to assist others to reach their goals and dreams foundational for my career. I’ve shared elements of leadership, organizational development, change management, and adult learning for several years in private practice as well as during traditional employment engagements to build relationships creating trust while providing high-level customer service and client satisfaction.
