ABOUT ME

My world is one full of passion for helping people learn, grow, and change.  Whether is as a social visionary helping mine ideas and methods for creating and using influence to reduce the impact of overwhelming experience, or crafting and facilitating exceptional learning experiences (Instructor lead and online), I'm in. As a fifth generation talent developer across the educational spectrum, I relish working with language, research and evidence to craft and deliver learning that makes a measurable differnce.  Whether my clients are micro-orgs or part of the Fortune 100, the joy of success is the same.

I cut my teeth on learning at the GM Saturn plant in TN, completed an M.Ed. in HRD at Vanderbilt, and have worked with companies including J.D. Power and Associates, the National Center for PTSD, Asurion, Intulogy, the Creative Education Foundation, United Way Worldwide, Sidran Institute, Indian Health Services, SAMHSA, Farmer's Insurance, Exult, and Correct Care Solutions.

Published in multiple editions of the John Wiley and Sons NonProfit Management Handbook, Association for Quality and Participation, and Family Medicine, I am also a sought after speaker and facilitator for programs ranging from creating trauma-responsive systems to technology implementation rollouts.
