ABOUT ME

Ellen has over twenty-five years of experience as a learning professional in various industries and companies. She continually strives to incorporate innovative learning design and techniques into the learning solutions she assesses designs, develops, implements, and evaluates for employees.

Ellen received her Bachelors of Science in Music Education from Butler University and her Masters of Science in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. As a member of ATD, she recently volunteered to be a field editor for the ATD Links e-newsletter. She is also a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) where in 2003 she received her ISPI Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) designation.

When not improving work-place performance, Ellen enjoys playing trumpet in local music community bands along with her husband Bill, who plays the tuba. In addition, she is an adoring Mom to her four-legged kids, Max, Freddie, and Greta – all standard size Dachshunds.
