Gerald is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, a Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator, an experienced leader, project manager, and training evaluator with over a decade of talent development experience and 18 years of military experience.  Through eight years as a Booz Allen Hamilton Lead Associate, he has designed, delivered, and facilitated training programs for military units across the globe.  Gerald brings a unique cross-section of skills to every engagement, drawing from his experience in ground combat operations, military intelligence, business management, instructional design, and performance consulting to deliver perspective and professional insights which cannot be easily duplicated.
