Iván is the Training Manager at Hillsborough Community College, where he has worked since 2006. 

Dynamic and enthusiastic developer/trainer of Microsoft apps, ERP Workday/Colleague, Leadership, and Active Shooter, among other training topics.

Iván is happily married and is the father of two girls. Iván spends his free time with his family, traveling, and as a real estate investor.
